Operations Fee
In order to supplement tax revenue generated to fund the District’s operating and maintenance costs and fulfill its maintenance responsibilities, the District imposes an Operations Fee that varies by product type. Filing 1 single-family homes, cityscape homes, and duplexes are assessed $47 per month (billed quarterly at $141), while Filing 2 Townhomes are assessed $100 per month (billed quarterly at $300).
